Oily Skin Care: A Frustrating Problem With a Simple Solution

Beauty . Skin Care

You may disagree, but I feel about this. If you have oily skin, you’re really lucky. The tell-tale signs of aging will not show on your face as soon as they will on the rest of us dry and normal skin of people. This is because the oil works to keep precious moisture locked in the outermost layer of skin regions. However, the care of oily skin can be a frustrating problem. And using most oily skincare products often seem to make the shininess, pimples and points blacks worse. But the good news is that there is a simple solution that can “accentuate the positive” and “eliminate the negative” aspects of having this type of skin.

The problem with this type of leather comes from the body of excess production of a natural skin lubricant called sebum. The challenge for the care of oily skin is to remove excess surface sebum and dead skin cells without completely stripping the skin of its natural oils. Some methods of cleaning and oily skincare products are so severe that defeat the purpose to cause the oil glands go into overdrive.

If you have oily skin, you can get the results you want with this simple solution:

1. Cleanse your face

Limited to no more than three washings per day.

Use hot water because it dissolves facial oils more easily.

Use a lathering cloth which helps to gently exfoliate / scrub skin.

Detergents / soap should be mild and not contain oils or waxes.

Note: You can follow up with an astringent, but make sure it is free of alcohol.

2. Only use non-synthetic, nature-based oily skincare products

Deep cleaning, twice a month, with nature-based cleansing mask

Moisturizing with products that use high concentrations of bio-active (CoQ10, keratin, kelp extract, Vitamin E)
Avoid products with mineral oil, parabens, dioxanes, alcohols and fragrances.

3. Eating a diet aimed at oily skincare

Avoid / reduce fried and processed junk food, dairy products and animal fats, starches and sugars.

Increase consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.

Drinking a glass of filtered water each day.

Add Vitamin A, B-6 and lecithin, which have been shown to be useful.

Believe me. Once you start applying this simple solution, oily skincare will no longer be frustrating. If you clean your face thoroughly, use only oily skincare products designed to work with the skin’s special condition, and follow a sensible diet, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of a youthful complexion without any problems.
