I didn’t these would actually work ! its such a relief to find something that actually does. you can feel a bit run down when you do almost everything you can to relieve your back pain and hardly anything works. iv’e tried herbal remedies, general exercise, back support attachments the lot!. the only things that have had proven effectiveness for me are sleeping on a memory foam mattress and swapping my chair to a brand new super supportive one, now i have a third for the list thanks a lot 🙂

This is terrible. I always refuse to believe anything from a website or blog that doesn’t take the time to check spelling and grammar errors. The stretches might be good, but the presentation is awful.
